Terms & Conditions

1. Because marble is a product of nature, we cannot be held liable in any cause of action resulting from their use in any form. Therefore G&S Marble makes no expressed or implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, or merchantability.

2. As each piece of marble is virtually unique as to veining, tint, density, etc., any samples submitted are with the understanding that these qualities are inherent in the nature of the product and are not to be considered latent defects.

3. All prices listed in this particular price list are quoted FOB Atlanta, GA

4. Payment Terms are NET 30 with approved credit.

5. Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. All accounts Past Due 45 days will be considered COD accounts.

7. Accounts requiring additional collection efforts will be responsible for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney' fees.

8. Special orders are subject to a nonrefundable deposit.

9. No returns are accepted on special order materials.

10. All standard materials shipped from Atlanta can be returned within 30 days, subject to our inspection, and if accepted are subject to a 15% restocking

11. All materials are shipped freight collect unless specified otherwise.

12. G&S Marble shall not be responsible for material damaged by the freight company which was used per purchaser instructions.

13. Payments with credit card are subject to a 2.10% processing fee.
